1. What you are buying

ShipClaude products (App Factory, Web Factory, Full Factory) are digital software: a plugin package for Claude Code, delivered as access to a private GitHub repository and/or a downloadable archive. Checkout and billing are handled by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person to use the software to build and ship unlimited products of your own, commercial or not. You may not:

Apps, websites and other products you build with the factory are 100% yours — no royalties, no attribution required.

3. Delivery and updates

Delivery is instant after successful payment via your Polar purchase page. "Lifetime updates" means updates to the purchased product for as long as we maintain it, at no extra charge, delivered through the same repository/download. We aim to keep pace with Claude Code and store-policy changes but do not guarantee specific future features.

4. Requirements and third parties

The product requires your own Claude Code subscription (Anthropic) and Python 3.9+. Build and ship phases may require your own accounts (Apple Developer, Google Play, hosting, payment providers) and their fees. ShipClaude is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC, used here only to describe compatibility.

5. Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee: email 1anfibi@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund in full, no questions asked. Upon refund, your license ends and repository access is revoked.

6. No guarantees of outcomes

The software is provided "as is". We do not guarantee App Store or Google Play approval, search rankings, revenue, or the fitness of any idea the engine surfaces. Market data shown by the engine consists of measured public signals and proxies, not certified market research.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services.

8. Fair use of data sources

The engine reads public endpoints politely (rate-limited). You are responsible for using it in compliance with the terms of the services it queries and the laws that apply to you.

9. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
